Shipping & Returns

Orders usually ship the day your order is received. We offer shipment via UPS and DHL. All orders are F.O.B Gilroy, CA.

If you need to return or exchange a product, we will replace or credit your account within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in new, stable condition when returned. Abused or damaged products cannot be accepted. We cannot accept opened disposable products for return. 'Special Order' products cannot be returned.

Warranty returns must be pre-authorized and should include an explanation of the problem. We will handle your claim your promptly. Returned product will be forwarded to the manufacturer for review. Approved warranty returns will be credited to your account. Refunds or merchandise replacements can be made on request.
