Prompt Delivery
Orders usually ship the day your order is received. We offer shipment via UPS and DHL. All orders are F.O.B Gilroy, CA.
Sales Tax
All our prices exclude state and local taxes. California customers will have tax added to your invoice.

Return Policy
We will replace or credit your account for any returned product within 30 days of purchase. Returns received after 30 days are subject to a 15restocking fee. Products must be in new, stable condition when returned. Abused or damaged products cannot be accepted. We cannot accept opened disposable products for return. Any returns must be pre-authorized. 'Special Order' products cannot be returned.

Jari Electrode Supply is committed to customer satisfaction. Warranty returns must be pre-authorized and should include an explanation of the problem. We will handle your claim your promptly Returned product will be forwarded to the manufacture for review. Approved warranty returns will be credited to your account. Refunds or merchandise replacements can be made on request. We offer quality products manufactured to meet the requirements of the FDA's Good Manufacturing Paractice (GMP) standards. We have a wide vareity of EMG and EEG products available. If you need an item that you don't see on our website, please give us a call. We will make every effort to find it for you.

Liability is limited to replacement value of products only and does not include subsequent damage.
